Vincent Laino has practiced both residential and commercial architecture for 25 years, primarily serving the NJ/NY metropolitan area. Before founding Green Light Architecture (2008), Vincent worked at various architectural firms, namely Gabellini Sheppard Associates (1995-2008). Vincent possesses a strong creative design sense, offering excellent presentation and communication. Green Light Architecture’s responsibilities include initial client contact, fee, and contract negotiation, preparation of construction budgets, presentations to developers and owners, labor allocation, project scheduling, and coordination among consultants and contractors.
Michael Gargano has been an architect for more than 20 years. Michael excels at coordinating design programs involving complex technical requirements for large ground up amusement parks, Industrial environment’s, laboratories and semiconductor facilities. Michael served as lead architect for NASA ML2, Universal Studios 400 Hectare resort/park in Beijing China. the design and construction of semiconductor facilities in New York, New Mexico, and Virginia. Michael also filled role of senior project manager for a prominent international investment bank, where he directed interior space planning, interior fit-out, and construction administration for executive offices and conference centers throughout the United States, South America and Caribbean. In addition to his extensive commercial experience, Michael has collaborated on the design and construction of numerous premier residential developments including the 13-story Arragon condominium residences in Boca Raton, Florida. A licensed architect in nine states, Michael is a member of the American Institute of Architects and trained in LEED sustainable design standards. Michael earned his professional architecture degree from New York Institute of Technology and enjoys teaching with experience as architectural instructor at Parsons School of Design in New York City and as guest lecturer and critic at the Poly[1]technical University in Valencia, Spain as well as the University of Santa Cruz in Bolivia.
